And perhaps the best option - Goodwill in cooperation with Dell offers recycling through a program called Reconnect: Goodwill Recycling

 The general onsite rate is $80 an hour plus a $20 scheduling fee, one hour minimum, prorated thereafter. Remote support is offered for $60 an hour, prorated, to existing clients only, no ongoing agreement required.
